Dianella is one of the hardest-working plants in the Perth garden - tough, adaptable, long-lived, and effective across an enormous range of conditions from full sun to part shade. Cassa Blue is a compact selection reaching around 50cm, grown as much for its distinctive blue-green leaf colouration as for the blue-purple flowers and berries. The blue-green tone is consistent year-round and works well as a textural contrast alongside warmer foliage tones.
