Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a white-glove pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
