White Star Sea Lavender produces masses of small, papery white flowers on branching, wiry stems from late spring through summer - the white form of one of the most coastal-tolerant flowering perennials available. The flowers are everlasting in the literal sense: they hold their structure and colour as they dry on the plant, giving weeks of garden interest, and they cut and dry beautifully for indoor arrangements. The plant itself is low and spreading with grey-green basal foliage, growing to around 30-40cm. Excellent for exposed coastal positions where most flowering plants struggle. Full sun. Well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Salt and wind tolerant.
